Q: What Guarantees Do You Provide?
A: Carl’s Kitchens warrants to the original purchaser that the purchased product will be free from defective workmanship. This warranty only applies if the purchased products are properly maintained and used for normal domestic use. The warranty applies for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery of the purchased products.
Q: Will I Need Council Approval?
A: No council approval is necessary when building our custom kitchens in Penrith NSW. Licensed plumbers and electricians are used. In some cases where there is structural movement or additions, council approval is necessary. We will handle all the necessary requirements and submit paperwork on your behalf so you don’t have to stress about that part.
Q: What Are The First Steps To Get Started?
A: The first step is to give us a call! We will discuss your project over the phone to determine if our first meeting should take place at our showroom or on-site. Once you’ve chosen your new kitchen and finalised your design preferences, you can leave the rest to us. Our project team will coordinate the whole project and will ensure that everything arrives on schedule.

A: Carls Kitchens takes precautions to avoid mess and dust to the rest of the home.
Q: Do I need to organise a bin to take the rubbish away?
A: No. This is included in our quote and an allocation for a site bin, so no rubbish or waste is left behind.
Q: Will the kitchen be complete, or will I need to organise other trades?
A: Carls Kitchens prides itself on delivering you a COMPLETE kitchen or bathroom. No other trades will be required to finish our renovation, we pride ourselves on giving you the best quality renovation and build.
